What this policy covers

This policy explains what information G. CARVER Nutrition LLC ("G. CARVER Nutrition", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website, why we collect it, and who else can see it. It applies to this website only — not to conversations you have with us in person, by phone, or by email outside of it.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive whatever you type into it. That can include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• The service or product you are interested in
• Any message or details you choose to include

We also record which page the form was submitted from. Only the fields marked required have to be filled in — everything else is optional.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects some technical information on its own:

• Analytics data through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and how long you stayed. This is aggregated usage data; we do not use it to identify you personally.
• Standard server and network logs kept by our hosting and content delivery providers, which include IP addresses and are used for security, abuse prevention, and uptime.
• Spam-prevention signals from Google reCAPTCHA v3, which loads on the contact form and analyzes browsing behavior to tell humans from bots.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry about training, nutrition, supplements, or merch
• Contact you by email or phone using the details you provided
• Block spam and abusive form submissions
• Understand which pages people are looking at so we can improve the site

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to third-party marketers. Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Who else can see it

We share information only with the service providers that make this site run, and only to the extent they need it:

• Develanet, who builds and hosts this website and operates the backend that receives form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Our website host and content delivery network, which serves the site's pages and files.
• Google, for Analytics and reCAPTCHA, and for the public reviews shown on this site.
• Our email provider, which carries the message containing your submission.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, our property, or someone's safety.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use cookies to advertise to you or follow you across other websites. The technologies in use are:

• Google Analytics cookies, which count visits and distinguish one visitor from another.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which sets its own cookies and reads device signals to score form submissions for spam.
• Browser local storage, used to cache our Google reviews so the reviews page loads quickly instead of re-fetching on every visit. This holds public review content only — nothing about you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics entirely. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site, though the contact form depends on reCAPTCHA being able to load.

How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries as long as they are useful for following up and for our business records. Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule for our account.

You can ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or tax reasons.

Your choices

At any point you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, subject to the records we are required to keep
• Stop contacting you

Email or call us using the details at the bottom of this page and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law — tell us what you are asking for and we will honor it.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted to our backend. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information — bank details, card numbers, or government ID numbers — through a web form.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

We link out to places like Instagram and Google. Once you follow one of those links, that company's privacy policy governs what happens next, and we have no control over it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be obvious rather than buried — but it is worth a look if you have not read it in a while.
